Worldwide leading wide-spectral Silicon Photomultiplier (SiPM) technology
Effective 7 October 2021, KETEK GmbH (Munich, Germany) and Broadcom Inc. and its subsidiaries (“Broadcom”, San Jose, CA, USA) signed an agreement pursuant to which Broadcom acquired the Silicon Photomultiplier (SiPM) assets of KETEK.
ARTHOS acted as exclusive financial adviser to KETEK, providing full sell-side advisory services. This included analysing and approaching potential strategic partners together with AICA partner firms in Europe, the US, Japan and China, as well as, after agreeing on major terms, driving the subsequent M&A process including the co-ordination of the due diligence and contract negotiations.
