The Transaction: KETEK has Sold Technology Assets to Broadcom

Effective 7 October 2021, KETEK GmbH (Munich, Germany) and Broadcom Inc. and its subsidiaries (“Broadcom”, San Jose, CA, USA) signed an agreement pursuant to which Broadcom acquired the Silicon Photomultiplier (SiPM) assets of KETEK.

Broadcom will take over all SiPM products from KETEK, integrate the former KETEK SiPM products in the Broadcom SiPM portfolio and continue the sales of all SiPM products.
