Arno Pätzold studied electrical engineering and business administration with a focus on electrical engineering at the Technical University in Darmstadt.
Prior to joining ARTHOS, he was responsible for M&A matters in leading industrial and technology companies. In 1990, he started his career in the central strategy department at Siemens AG and moved to BSH Bosch Siemens Hausgeräte GmbH in 1994. At Infineon Technologies AG, as head of the M&A department from 1999 onwards, he built up the M&A team and the company’s global M&A activities.
From 2010 to 2012, Arno was a member of the Managing Board of the publicly traded AUGUSTA Technologie AG and responsible for the successful implementation of the “Buy & Build” strategy. He was also a member of the supervisory board of several technology enterprises. Since 2013 he is a partner at ARTHOS.
Arno Pätzold is chairman of the membership committee of the Alliance of Corporate Advisors (AICA), which is co-responsible for the inclusion of new members in this exclusive global M&A alliance.
