Insights, market trends, international cooperation: ARTHOS deepens collaboration within the AICA network
Under the theme “Crossing Bridges,” more than 50 M&A advisors from Europe, the Middle East, and Africa came together in Basel for this year’s AICA EMEA Conference. ARTHOS used the opportunity to assess market trends, strengthen ongoing collaborations within the AICA alliance, and explore joint perspectives for cross-border transactions.
The conference focused on current topics directly relevant to our M&A projects, such as international M&A industry trends, the impact of current U.S. trade tariffs, the growing role of private equity investors, and solutions for payments and foreign exchange management in cross-border deals. The host region Basel showcased impressively how research, entrepreneurship, and regional strategy are driving economic transformation.
In bilateral meetings and networking sessions, we deepened cooperation with our European partners and compared market observations. Direct exchange within the alliance broadens our global market understanding and enhances our ability to identify international opportunities at an early stage.
