inno-spec is joining a global leader in spectral imaging solutions to accelerate growth
Headwall Photonics® (Bolton, MA, USA), a pioneering force in spectral imaging solutions for remote sensing and industrial machine vision, announced its acquisition of inno-spec GmbH (Nuremberg, Germany), a prominent manufacturer of industrial hyperspectral imaging systems used in high-volume recycling, industrial sorting, and quality testing. Headwall Photonics is a portfolio company of Arsenal Capital Partners.
ARTHOS acted as exclusive financial adviser to the shareholders of inno-spec. This included the negotiation and structuring of the LOI, as well as, after agreeing on major terms, driving the subsequent M&A process, including the coordination of the due diligence and leading negotiations of commercial terms of the agreements.
