ARTHOS acted as exclusive financial adviser to tacterion GmbH and provided full fundraising advisory services including a global worldwide approach towards potential strategic partners as well as driving the subsequent capital raise process to success.

Data Respons retained ARTHOS as an M&A adviser to acquire strategic partners in Germany. The focus of the search profile was on complementary specialists in the area of software development, IT consulting and industrial digitalisation to strengthen its position in Germany, the largest industrial market in Europe and strategically important for Data Respons. ARTHOS provided full buyside advisory services including company screening process based on pre-defined search criteria, analyzing potential strategic partners, and co-ordinating the subsequent M&A process including the due diligence and negotiations.

INTEGR8 was looking for a strategic or financial investor with the vision to create a leading integrated digital agency in Europe. Indutrade (Sweden) has acquired Stein Automation (Germany)
Indutrade strengthened its position in industry 4.0 high-tech solutions in Germany by acquiring Stein Automation - a supplier of pallet transfer systems for assembly-lines. ARTHOS served as M&A advisor to Indutrade AB. The main tasks included identification and introduction of the target company, evaluating and structuring the offer. In addition, ARTHOS assisted the Indutrade team during due diligence and the acquisition process until closing.
