The Arsipa Group and ASAM praevent GmbH, two established providers in occupational health services, have joined forces. This partnership combines the expertise of two well-established players, expands their geographic reach, and sets new standards in the digitalisation and innovation of occupational health and safety.
Through the acquisition of ASAM praevent, Arsipa is combining its complementary expertise to offer companies integrated, technology-driven services from a single source. ASAM praevent will continue to operate as an independent company with a strong local identity. Arsipa’s decentralised structure, built on entrepreneurial autonomy, is deliberately maintained and further strengthened by access to central technology and shared expertise.
Founded in 2014, ASAM praevent is a leading institute for occupational health services, headquartered in Munich with a second location in Augsburg. A third location in Berlin is planned for 2025. With over 20 years of industry experience of its founders and a team of 80 qualified professionals, the company offers its customers holistic, integrated solutions. ASAM praevent is known for its pioneering spirit – as the first academic teaching practice for occupational medicine in Germany, and through its use of advanced telemedicine solutions that enable flexible, location-independent care.
ASAM praevent’s portfolio includes occupational health, workplace safety and psychology services, workplace health promotion, special medical examinations and check-up programmes, acute assistance, telemedicine, trauma counselling, as well as seminars and workshops on occupational health and health promotion.
“We’re excited about our shared future within the Arsipa Group network,” says Dr. med. Rumen Alexandrov, one of ASAM praevent’s four founders. “This partnership allows us to benefit from Arsipa’s leadership in digitalisation of all processes, while contributing ASAM praevent’s specialised expertise to the nationwide network and gaining from the exchange of knowledge with other experts across the group.”

The Arsipa Group is a corporate group providing occupational health services. Positioned as a digital pioneer in the market, Arsipa is driving the transformation of occupational health and safety through innovation. Arsipa unites service providers in German-speaking countries to form a strong network that focuses on digitalisation and professional excellence. The strategy: sustainable succession solutions for service providers in the industry, as well as growth and innovation prospects. With around 750 employees across more than 50 locations in Germany and Austria, the Arsipa Group serves over 20,000 companies. According to the company, it ranks among the three largest providers of occupational health services in the German-speaking countries.
“The Arsipa Group and ASAM praevent share a common goal: to rethink occupational health and safety,” adds Caner Kaya, CEO of the Arsipa Group. “We want to digitise processes, connect knowledge, and at the same time strengthen our service offering – for a one-stop support that our customers really feel.”
Occupational health and safety are becoming an increasing priority for companies – driven by a shortage of skilled workers, regulatory requirements, and rising physical and mental strain in the workplace. While many service providers still rely on analogue processes, Arsipa is demonstrating concrete ways in which prevention and safety can be made more efficient through its digital platform.
